Robert J. Grubb, President & Chief Executive Officer

Bob is one of the founders of Alliant National Title Insurance Company and currently serves as the President and CEO leading the Executive Team. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Underwriter Section of ALTA.

He has served in ownership, executive, and Board positions in title insurance agencies, commercial finance companies, private equity, technology based manufacturing companies and non-profits

Bob holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, an AA Degree in Monetary Theory and Automotive Marketing from Northwood University. He studied for his MBA at Babson College and received an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from Northwood University.


R. Scott Hendrickson, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

shendricksonScott is one of the founders of Alliant National Title Insurance Company and currently serves as the CFO.

He brings his 30+ years of experience building scalable systems and leads treasury, accounting, finance, planning, regulatory expansion and capital-related matters with AIGA as it’s CFO.

Scott holds an MBA in Finance from Regis University and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. Scott is a CPA (inactive status) from the state of Wyoming.

Phyllis J. Mulder, Executive Vice President & Chief Legal & Compliance Officer

PmulderPhyllis is the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In addition to providing general counsel to the Company, Phyllis oversees the legal functions of underwriting, claims, and regulatory compliance. A member of the senior executive team, she is integral in establishing policy and direction for Alliant National.

She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Education from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law.

Active within the American Land Title Association and the Texas Land Title Association, Phyllis is a Past President of the Texas Land Title Association.

David Sinclair, Chief Operating & Information Officer

David manages the operational, compliance, and technology functions for the Company, leveraging his broad experience in mid-sized companies in financial services, manufacturing, and service industries.

With over 25 years of strategic technology and operational management, he focuses on bringing unique capabilities to Alliant National as the Company continues to grow with its agents.

David holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame


Kyle K. Rank, Esq., Executive Vice President, Agency

With over 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry, including Chief Claims Counsel, General Counsel and part-owner and President in an independent title agency, Kyle has had positions of progressive responsibility at Alliant National as a State Agency Manager, Vice President of Quality/Compliance before his current role.

Kyle holds a Bachelors of Science in Mass Communications from Michigan State University and Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University School of Law. As Vice-President of Quality and Compliance Kyle earned the Certified Manager of Quality / Organization excellence from ASQ.
