ALLIANT NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY OFFERS EJACKET PROGRAM TO INDEPENDENT AGENTS

Hours, multi-step process condensed into a few clicks, a couple minutes

LONGMONT-Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with Independent Agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, is pleased to announce that it has launched Alliant National's eJacket Title Insurance Policy program. eJacket offers the company's nationwide, six-dozen-plus Independent Agents the ability to secure, file and print title insurance policies 24/7.

Prior to Alliant National's eJacket program, agents had to produce title policies on pre-printed jackets to present at real estate transactions. The eJacket Title Insurance Policy program is a secure, password protected online, immediate-access service designed to compete at a cutting-edge capacity in today's real estate industry. User access is controlled and available only on a pre-authorized basis, enhancing security.

"We now have the power - at our fingertips - to access information critical to a title insurance policy, and get it done," says Charlotte Sanders, an Alliant National Independent Agent at AmeriPoint Title Houston. "The eJacket program saves us hours every week. We used to have to pull out handwritten logs and handwrite the information pertinent to the transaction. "We also don't have to decipher several people's handwriting because now we can simply go online and maintain a digital log while issuing the jacket simultaneous to preparing the policy. We use eJacket 300 or more times a month.

"Moreover, our Alliant National eJackets are beautiful and make it possible for us to instantly check volume," adds Sanders. "eJacket has completely eliminated the need to call or email for additional jackets. We really love the feature that adds our address and agent name directly to the policy, thereby creating a higher quality policy that looks seamless from the underwriter to the agent."
