ALLIANT NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY OFFERS ART TITLE INSURANCE FROM ARIS

Added resource affords Independent Agents value-ad for clientele holding fine art assets

LONGMONT—Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, is pleased to announce that it has formed a relationship with ARIS Corporation to offer ARIS art title insurance (ATPI®) across the Alliant National Agency platform. ARIS is the world leader in art title insurance, serving the art market and the fiduciary banking, legal, museum and broader non-profit communities.

The alliance affords Alliant National Title Insurance Company Independent Agents the opportunity to offer their clients the additional insurance that provides owners of art assets assurance that the risk of title problems have been shifted to the insurer, much like real property title insurance.

Alliant National's mission is to protect property owners' investment by providing secure title insurance delivered by the finest Independent Agents available. Alliant provides a partnership environment with its agents that improves the accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of its products, while improving the knowledge base of its agents, and offering the best title products and services possible.

"We are very happy to offer this unique and much-needed asset to the cache of Independent Agent resources," says David Ginger, Alliant National President. "Adding ARIS art title insurance ( ATPI®) to our list of available resources makes perfect sense for both our Independent Agent network and for their clients, who often hold considerable fine art collections."

The ARIS art title insurance (ATPI®) policy is a title insurance policy structured to address the chain of title and lien risks inherent in art as a form of personal property and insures owners of their legal title for art. "We are very pleased to offer the ARIS ATPI® policy to Alliant National Independent Agents," says Judith Pearson, President of ARIS. "No one would buy a home without insurance to protect their title. Why should a collector purchase art without that same assurance, in particular where the risks of claims are far greater than claims against real property?"
