ALLIANT NATIONAL TITLE AGENT WINS "BEST COMPANIES" AWARD

Independent Agent satisfies "Best Companies to Work for in Texas 2008" criteria
LONGMONT-Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with Independent Agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, announces that one of Alliant's key Independent Agencies, University Title Company, was awarded "Best Companies to Work for in Texas 2008," by Best Companies Group and its partners, the Texas Association of Business and the Texas Council of the Society for Human Resource Management. Alliant National Title Insurance Company is a Longmont-Colo.,-based title insurance underwriter that partners with over 40 independent agents around the country.

The process for selection of the award involved an initial, in-depth exposition of the policies, practices and procedures of the company, in which details of University Title Company's human resource and team building efforts were examined. The second phase involved an employee survey conducted by Best Companies Group and ModernThink LLC. Each employee completed an anonymous survey about the company and its practices.
