ROBERT GRUBB, ALLIANT NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE CEO, FEATURED SPEAKER AT AMERICAN LAND TITLE INSURANCE EVENT
LONGMONT—Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with Independent Agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, announces that its CEO and Director, Robert Grubb, will be a featured speaker at The American Land Title Association's (ALTA) "Title Agents Executive Conference: The Large Agents Meeting," to be held in Seattle, Wash., from July 21 to July 23. The conference is an annual education and information event made exclusive to ALTA members and is the largest and most attended of its kind in the nation. Grubb's two-hour symposium presents two topics: "Economic Outlook for the Next 18 Months," and "Emerging Issues of Importance to Large Independent Agents."
Robert Grubb is a seasoned business and industry executive, who has helped shepherd Alliant National Title Insurance Company's growth to include over 40 Independent Agent offices throughout Colorado and Texas. Grubb has also served the business community at large in a variety of capacities, including presently serving on the boards of directors of private companies and on the investment advisory committees of several real estate investment funds. He is sought after as a speaker and writer on a variety of title insurance and real estate industry-related topics.
"We are honored and delighted to be part of this year's American Land Title Association Conference," says Grubb. "It is a wonderful venue and a huge opportunity for the professional community to exchange ideas and information and we at Alliant are all very proud to be a part of this event."
Likewise, Alliant National Title Insurance Company's President and Director, Dave Ginger, also recently spoke to title insurance industry executives at the National Settlement Services Summit in June in Cleveland, Ohio on June 19. Ginger is a long-standing title insurance executive, with over 30 years in the title insurance business. Early in his career, Ginger became sympathetic to and passionate about the need for Independent Agents to have a non-competing underwriter—hence, Ginger pursued the co-founding of Alliant National Title Insurance Company in 2004. At different times, he has served as co-founder, president and board member of two different title insurance companies, as well as previously serving as chairman of the Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO) and the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA).
"As Alliant National Title Insurance Company represents a growing Independent Agent community," says Ginger, "it is critical to have all the issues inherent in the Alliant National Title Insurance Company's model open to discussion—the National Settlement Services Summit offered a great opportunity to do just that."
Alliant National Title Insurance Company is a leader in the title insurance industry, and has been featured in a number of media outlets, including The Denver Business Journal, San Antonio Business Journal, The Title Report and Houston Fox television, to name a few. Alliant's mission is to protect property owners' investment by providing secure title insurance delivered by the finest independent agents available. Moreover, Alliant is a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace. Unlike other underwriters, Alliant offers independent agents the ability to expand their business, reduce their costs and risks, and improve profits within a network of like agents in a non-competitive partnership. In true partnership form, Alliant provides an environment with its agents that improves the accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of its products, while improving the knowledge base of its agents, and offering the best title products and services possible.
