Online document e-recording eliminates paper, allows for immediate recordations
LONGMONT—Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with Independent Agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, announces an agreement with and installation of Simplifile within its Independent Agent offices. Simplifile provides simple and secure electronic recording services via the Internet for a wide variety of clients including title companies, banks, attorneys, and county and state government jurisdictions. Simplifile allows for a streamlined yet scalable approach to electronic recording tailored to document submitters and counties of all shapes and sizes.
The Simplifile installation is the third swift-service technology upgrade to the company's Independent Agent offices within the past year.
