ALLIANT NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY ADDS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND TEXAS GENERAL COUNSEL


Over a dozen years underwriting experience supports agents, industry, and firm's mission
LONGMONT—Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, announces the addition of Phyllis Mulder, as Senior Vice President and Texas General Counsel, to the Alliant National executive staff, effective July 1, 2006. Mulder is responsible for all Texas underwriting issues for Alliant National agents and the development of Alliant National's Texas legal department.

Mulder holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law, and a B.A. in education from the University of South Florida. Her 25 years of legal experience includes 13 years working with two national title insurance underwriters, and she has extensive experience in helping independent title agents resolve underwriting issues.
