AGENTS TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY'S NEW NAME: ALLIANT NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY

August 1, 2006 marks change to new name, same top-shelf products and services
LONGMONT—Agents Title Insurance Company (ATIC), a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with Independent Agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, announces the company's new name: Alliant National Title Insurance Company. The name change takes effect on August 1, 2006 in Colorado, and shortly thereafter in Texas upon the approval of the Texas Department of Insurance. Alliant National will continue to provide its unique infrastructure and unprecedented support to its Independent Agents, and deliver the same exceptional products and services to its 600+ nationwide lenders.

"We are excited about the name change," says Alliant National President, David Ginger. "Considering our growing reputation for excellence and our expanding operations, the new name more accurately represents our alliance with independent agents and our company's growth objectives."

Alliant National's mission is to protect property owners' investments by providing secure title insurance delivered by the finest Independent Agents available. Furthermore, Alliant National provides a partnership environment with its Agents—a partnership that improves the accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of its products, while improving the knowledge base of its Agents, and offering the best title products and services possible.

"All contracts will, of course, be honored with this name change," says Ginger. "Only our name has changed—‘Alliant National' celebrates all of the values and integrity that it is already known for: exceptional value, products and services."
