Dave has spent countless hours serving the title industry at both the state and national levels. He was president of the Texas Land Title Association and served six terms on its board of directors. In addition to serving as chairman of the national Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO), Dave has served twelve terms on its board of directors. Previous employment has provided Dave with experience on both the agent side of the title business as well as the underwriting side. His outstanding dedication and performance resulted in him working his way up the ladder to top management and executive positions with both agencies and underwriters.

Bob is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years experience starting, growing and leading companies. Before joining Alliant National, he served as managing director of a small commercial finance and private equity provider. Prior to that, he served as president of a manufacturing company which he built during a 15 year span to a recognized global leader in precision plastics engineering and manufacturing. In addition, he created two spin-offs from it: a contract manufacturing company and a provider of software based training systems for the global precision plastics industry. Bob merged the manufacturing company in 1997 with Flextronics, one of the largest contract manufactures in the world, and remained as a division president until 2000.

Bob has served on the boards of other companies, and on the investment advisory committee of two real estate investment funds. He is also served non-profits, where he sits on the Board of Governors of Northwood University. He has served on the board of directors of Creative Adoptions, and on the Advisory Board of Salon de Arts, a nationally recognized annual art exposition and educational event dedicated to raising money for selected Colorado non-profits. show less >

Scott Hendrickson joined Alliant National Title Insurance Company in 2005, helping to create the company, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry. Scott was instrumental in establishing Alliant's Colorado and Texas licensing processes, and is spearheading the expansion of the company, including creation and establishment of the acceptable risk guidelines for the Alliant National Title Insurance Company Independent Agents network. read more >

Scott enjoys a successful, 26-year track record of financial management of complex corporate operations and entities. He is an expert in accounting, finance and treasury arenas, with particular expertise in corporate finance of mid-sized companies. He has earned a reputation for understanding the whole of a company's activities, and designing financial accountability and tracking systems that measure the performance of the organization against its stated goals and objectives.

Scott previously served as a CFO for a Colorado company, and was one of three senior managers responsible for creating and developing plans that grew the company from $2 million in revenues to over $75 million in just eight years. He is a member of the Colorado Chapter of Financial Executives International, and of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), and is president of the Junior Golf Foundation in his hometown of Loveland, Colorado. show less >

Robert Galperin is responsible for counseling Independent Agents with their underwriting, closing and examination needs, and his background with title insurance agencies gives him a unique and distinct perspective that allows him to understand Agents' needs.

Robert is well known and highly respected for his expertise in commercial transactions - from the straightforward, simple deals to the complex, complicated ones. His experience, intellect, and understanding have made him a go-to underwriting counsel for commercial business. Robert especially values the strong working relationships he has formed over many years with co-workers and the title agents that he has had the privilege to assist.

In 1976 Robert took a BBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. degree in 1979 from the University of Houston, Bates College of Law. Pam is a seasoned real estate and title insurance industry expert, bringing over thirty-three years' experience in negotiations, mediations, educational and marketing instruction, and expertise to the Alliant National organization. She is an approved instructor of the Texas Real Estate Commission, is a Certified Real Estate Instructor through the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association, and has conducted over 1,000 real estate seminars.

Her main objective is to assist Independent Title Agents with marketing to their customers while providing the Real Estate professional with approved TREC education, sales training and marketing.

She is the recipient of both the Texas and New Mexico Land Title Associations' Professional Excellence Awards for Outstanding Agency Personnel, and she was also named Citizen of the Year by the New Mexico Land Title Association and Affiliate of the Year by the Albuquerque Board of Realtors.

An approved real estate instructor with the Real Estate Commissions for the states of Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma, Mary Ann was also awarded a CREI (Certified Real Estate Instructor) designation by the Texas Real Estate Teacher Association.

Matt served as Florida/Caribbean Agency Manager for two of the largest underwriters in the country and has been recognized for the consistent profitability of his operations. A strong believer in surrounding himself with talented individuals, Matt has the reputation of being a leader who is committed to agents and their issues and to the employees who work with him. He believes that independent agents are the backbone of the title industry.

Matt has been the recipient of many awards, including “Highest Pre-tax Profit” for his Florida/Caribbean agency operation. In one stint with a major underwriter, he increased their annual profit from $3 million year, to $17.1 million. During his employment with a large agent, Matt came up with the idea for an instructional video to be used by buyers and sellers on mail-away closings. It was produced in English and Spanish and used successfully for years.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and has been married for nearly 30 years. He currently lives in Titusville, Florida, has two grown children, and enjoys golf, tennis and relaxing on the beautiful Florida beaches. show less >

She is a widely recognized title insurance industry expert, with almost 40 years' experience in the title insurance and escrow/settlement business. She has shared her knowledge for years teaching for the Texas Land Title Association and other industry organizations.

Janet launched her title insurance career with an independent agent in Fort Worth, Texas in 1970, working as an escrow assistant, commercial closer, and operations manager. She ultimately became an executive vice president, and in 1994, moved to the underwriter side of the business.

Janet's accolades from the Texas Land Title Association include Title Woman of the Year; Professional Excellence Award - Outstanding Underwriter Support; Peggy Hayes Teaching Excellence Award; President's Award for Outstanding and Exemplary Contribution; and Outstanding Young Title Person Award.

She holds a B.A. from the University of North Texas and a Texas Secondary Teaching Certificate, as well as the Certified Title Insurance Associate designation.

He served four years as president and co-owner of a multi-state agency that grew from inception to a $7 million gross revenue company, and brings expertise in both residential and commercial real estate transactions to Alliant National.

Kyle has a B.A. in Mass Communications from Michigan State University, and took his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Kansas and is a licensed title agent in Kansas and Missouri.
