DAVE GINGER, President & Director

Dave brings over 33 years experience in the title insurance business to Alliant National Title Insurance Company. Early in his career, Dave became sensitive to and passionate about the need for Independent Agents to have a non-competing underwriter. Driven to pursue this dream, Dave achieved the founding of Alliant National Title Insurance Company in 2004—an achievement of over 20 years in the making. As president of Alliant National, Dave is committed to helping preserve the independence of Alliant's Agent-Partners, and he brings an invaluable level of insight and know-how to this pursuit. read more >

Dave has spent countless hours serving the title industry at both the state and national levels. He was president of the Texas Land Title Association and served six terms on its board of directors. In addition to serving as chairman of the national Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO), Dave has served twelve terms on its board of directors. Previous employment has provided Dave with experience on both the agent side of the title business as well as the underwriting side. His outstanding dedication and performance resulted in him working his way up the ladder to top management and executive positions with both agencies and underwriters.

Dave lives in Austin, Texas, and enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and a good mystery book. When time permits, he enjoys working on Habitat for Humanity projects. show less >

ROBERT J. GRUBB, Chief Executive Officer & Director

As CEO, Bob Grubb charts the direction for Alliant National Title Insurance's business needs. He works directly with the Alliant National Title management team to explore and seize opportunities that can make a positive impact on the underwriter, the Agents, and the insured clients of Alliant. read more >

Bob is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years experience starting, growing and leading companies. Before joining Alliant National, he served as managing director of a small commercial finance and private equity provider. Prior to that, he served as president of a manufacturing company which he built during a 15 year span to a recognized global leader in precision plastics engineering and manufacturing. In addition, he created two spin-offs from it: a contract manufacturing company and a provider of software based training systems for the global precision plastics industry. Bob merged the manufacturing company in 1997 with Flextronics, now the largest contract manufacture in the world, and remained as a division president until 2000.

Bob continues to serves on the boards of other companies, and on the investment advisory committee of two real estate investment funds. He is also active serving non-profits, where he sits on the board of governors of Northwood University. He is on the board of directors of Creative Adoptions, a Colorado adoption agency, and on the Advisory Board of Salon de Arts, a nationally recognized annual art exposition and educational event dedicated to raising money for selected Colorado non-profits. show less >

R. SCOTT HENDRICKSON, Chief Financial Officer

Scott Hendrickson joined Alliant National Title Insurance Company in 2005, helping to create the company, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry. Scott was instrumental in establishing Alliant's Colorado and Texas licensing processes, and is spearheading the expansion of the company, including creation and establishment of the acceptable risk guidelines for the Alliant National Title Insurance Company Independent Agents network. read more >

Scott enjoys a successful, 26-year track record of financial management of complex corporate operations and entities. He is an expert in accounting, finance and treasury arenas, with particular expertise in corporate finance of mid-sized companies. He has earned a reputation for understanding the whole of a company's activities, and designing financial accountability and tracking systems that measure the performance of the organization against its stated goals and objectives.

Scott previously served as a CFO for a Colorado company, and was one of three senior managers responsible for creating and developing plans that grew the company from $2 million in revenues to over $75 million in just eight years. He is a member of the Colorado Chapter of Financial Executives International, and of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), and is president of the Junior Golf Foundation in his hometown of Loveland, Colorado. show less >

PHYLLIS J. MULDER, Senior Vice President & Texas General Cousel

With over 25 years of solid industry experience, Phyllis is a well-respected underwriting attorney, who truly enjoys working with independent title insurance agents. Quick to respond and approachable, Phyllis understands the needs of independent title insurance agents and the importance of working diligently to resolve underwriting issues to get the deal done, while minimizing risk. read more >

In addition to practicing law for several years as a real estate attorney, Phyllis's prior experience includes employment with other title insurance underwriters as both an underwriting counsel and claims counsel. .

Active within the Texas Land Title Association, Phyllis has served on many TLTA committees, including all of the education-related committees. She has been fortunate to serve as co-chair for the very busy Seminars Committee. She enjoys teaching and speaking and has spoken at many seminars, not only in Texas, but also in Arkansas and Louisiana.

Phyllis holds a Jurist Doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law. Her community involvement over the years has included the Girl Scouts, Big Brother & Big Sisters, Roy Maas Youth Alternatives, and her local Humane Society & SPCA. show less >

PAM RODGERS, Vice President & Texas Agency Manager

Pam Rodgers joined Alliant National as Vice President and Texas Agency Manager in April 2008. She is responsible for further developing, marketing and managing Alliant National’s Texas Agency programs. read more >

Pam is a seasoned real estate and title insurance industry expert, bringing over thirty-three years’ experience in negotiations, mediations, educational and marketing instruction, and expertise to the Alliant National organization. She is an approved instructor of the Texas Real Estate Commission, is a Certified Real Estate Instructor through the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association, and has conducted over 1,000 real estate seminars.

Her main objective is to assist Independent Title Agents with marketing to their customers while providing the Real Estate professional with approved TREC education, sales training and marketing.

Pam Rodgers is married to a builder and lives in Granbury, Texas. She and Don have four children and 9 grandchildren. When not working, Pam enjoys reading, cooking, decorating, shopping, entertaining grandchildren, and being a "hacker" on the golf course with Don. show less >
