Alliant National Title Closing Protection Letters (“CPL”) issued after March 11, 2013 have a unique number assigned to each Letter. The number is located in the upper right corner of the CPL. If the CPL does not have an identifying number, please verify the CPL following your standard procedure.
When verifying a CPL on this website, please enter the identification code EXACTLY as it appears on the letter, plus the first 4 characters of the beneficiary. If the beneficiary has a 3 letter first name, then enter the first 3 letters and a space.
The status of the CPL will be displayed and you can optionally click on “Stamped CPL” to download a copy of the CPL with the status stamped on it. Please note the date on the stamped CPL is the date of verification.
